The Departmental Process Analysis and Process Implementation will typically follow the following approach:

• Briefing session with role players.
• Evaluation of current process (where already implemented an audit of process).
• Identification of required changes as well as identification of responsible employees in conjunction with decision makers.
• Implementation of changes identified.
• Re-enforcement of changes implemented.
• Feedback session to role players.
• Detailed report to Head Office.
