Equal Career Services is very privileged to be able to offer professional, experienced Facilitators specifically handpicked for training in the Motor Industry.
Most of these presenters are also experienced in presenting various soft skills training required in a Dealership.
The approach used throughout the program is a combination of theory, practical group- and individual exercises, role-plays and case studies.
The above are related to specific unit standards, outcomes and assessment criteria. Learners will be able to obtain credits for the unit standards that form part of the Motor Sales and Support Services qualification
All the above-mentioned documentation will become the evidence of the learner‘s portfolio of evidence. The learner must keep a copy of each in-dealer submitted to include in his/her portfolio of evidence, which will be submitted for final assessment.
After final submission of portfolio of evidence an Assessor will evaluate the portfolio of evidence.
A Moderator will moderate final results and will declare the learner competent or not yet competent.
After declaration of competence level, the learner will receive feedback.
