Equal Career Services cc was established in March 1998 to provide a Human Resources support function to companies. Due to the fact that all the Directors have extensive experience in the Motor Industry in Manufacturing as well as Retail, a natural follow on was recruiting and training in all industries including the Motor Industry. In May 2000 the Company was converted from a closed corporation to a (Pty) Ltd .
Equal Career Services (PTY) Ltd operates in the Automotive Industry with a full spectrum of products and services covering Assessments and Training at all levels and departments. Consulting Services are also provided.
Equal Career Services (PTY) Ltd is an accredited Skills Development Provider with the merSETA. Accreditation number: 20- MER/ACC/002063.
Equal Career Services employs Training Facilitators with vast managerial experience in Business practices. Every facilitator is handpicked to ensure that the quality of knowledge transfer remains at a level of excellence.
All trainers specialise in the motor industry covering specific disciplines including Sales, Parts, Service, Technical, Management, Operations, Human Resources as well as Financial.
